Story

Sometimes the simplest recipes are the most surprising. Mustard adds an intense flavor to a fish that can be considered a bit taste-less. This 'clean' fish is known for taking on the flavor you give it, rather than having a flavor of its own. Another fish that works well with this simple recipe is tilapia. When you don't want to fuss with a recipe, this is the perfect dish to try.
