1. Whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice. Taste and add a dash of sugar if needed and stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
2. Add the celery salt, onion, garlic, and pepper and whisk until blended in well.
3. Fold in the sesame seeds and parsley.
4. Cover the bowl with a tight lid and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
5. Dump the Cole slaw into a large serving bowl.
6. Retaste the dressing, adjusting if needed, then pour the chilled dressing over the slaw and mix until coated well.

If you like a mayonnaise dressing on your Cole slaw, but think they're all usually too bland for your tastes, check this one out.
