* 2 avocados, mashed
* juice from 1/2 of a lime
* 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely minced
* 1 clove garlic, finely minced
* 2 tablespoons finely minced onion
* 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
* Serve as a topping on burritos or tacos, or as a dip with tortilla chips

Some recipes for guacamole leave out the spicy ingredients for the sake of the timid eaters. I happen to not be a timid eater, so I love the jalapenos, garlic, and cilantro in this blend. You can keep a little in the refrigerator, but honestly, it's better when it's fresh!
