Spicy Venison Steak |
Ingredients

* 2 lbs venison steak
* 1/4 c olive oil
* 1 to 2 teaspoons red pepper sauce, like Franks or Louisiana, Durkees, etc. to taste
* salt to taste
* freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions

1. Heat oil in a cast iron skillet.
2. Gently cover the steak with hot sauce, salt and pepper.
3. Place steak in hot skillet and cook quickly until nicely browned (about 5-6 minutes), then flip steak and repeat.

This spicy hot recipe goes great when you offer a big side salad, brimming in veggies to cool the palate. Round out the meal with some oven fried potato wedges and you'll have one satisfied family!
