Spring/Summer Avocado Salad

Ingredients

* 2 Ripe Avocados
* 1 container of Feta Cheese (the smaller one)
* Sweet Red Onion (optional, as I make mine without)
* Italian Dressing
* 3 Ripe Roma Tomatoes

Dice the Avo's set aside in a bowl. Julienne the onions, dice the tomato and crumble the feta cheese in a bowl add the avo's to the top, then drizzle on the Italian Dressing (use your own judgment) Sometimes it can get soupy if you add too much.
Mix very gently with your hands as

4. Crumble the feta cheese and add to the avocado bowl.
5. Then drizzle on the Italian Dressing (use your own judgment) Sometimes it can get soupy ifyou add too much.
6.Mix very gently with your hands as the avo's tend to fall apart if you get to rough with them
7. Refrigerate until ready to serve (at least 2 hours to marinate)
8. Relax and enjoy as a salad or as a side dish to Steak or Grilled Chicken
