* 1(15 oz.) can black beans
* 1 green bell pepper, chopped
* 1/2 C. celery, chopped
* 1/2 C. onion, chopped
* 2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
* 2/3 C. salsa
* 1/4 C. lime juice
* 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
* 2 Tbsp. honey
* 1 lb. peeled cooked shrimp
* Lettuce

1. Combine the black beans, green pepper, celery, onion, and cilantro in a large bowl and mix well.
2. Add the salsa, limejuice, oil, and honey. Toss to coat well.
3. Chill covered for 8 hours.
4. Stir in shrimp. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
