1. Add green food coloring to your pancake batter and prepare pancakes as usual.
2. Use cookie cutters (metal) to shape pancakes and remember to use tongs to remove them from the pan once pancake has set.
3. Another option is to make small (dollar coin size) pancakes and place them on plates in the shape of a shamrock or four leaf clover.
4. Outline pancakes in whipped cream.
5. Top with jelly or syrup.
