* 1/2 C plain nonfat yogurt
* 1 1/2 TBSP honey
* 1 TBSP lemon juice
* 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
* 2 C shredded carrots
* 1/2 C raisins
* 1/4 C canned, unsweetened, crushed pineapple, drained

1. Mix together in a large mixing bowl the yogurt, honey, lemon juice and cinnamon.
2. Stir in the carrots and raisins.
3. Gently fold in the pineapple.
4. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for an hour.
5. If any liquid appears be sure to drain before serving.
