1. Cook the rice according to the package directions
2. Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok
3. Add onion s and diced chicken
4. Cook for 5 minutes
5. Add remaining vegetables to heat and stir
6. Add water and soy sauce or spices
7. Dissolve stock cube in a cup of boiling water
8. Add the liquid to the pan/Heat for 5 minutes
9. Drain the rice
