Strawberry Banana Ice Cream Frappe |
Ingredients

* 10 oz package frozen strawberries, half thawed
* 2 1/2 bananas, sliced into chunks
* 2/3 c sugar
* 1 c evaporated milk
* 1 quart vanilla ice cream

Directions

1. Add fruit to blender and blend at high speed for 20 seconds.
2. Add sugar and evaporated milk and blend for 20 seconds more.
3. Add ice cream and blend for about 30-45 seconds, or until thoroughly mixed; serve immediately in small dessert cups.

This is a great way to turn vanilla ice cream into a fabulous dessert. The evaporated milk makes it very, very rich and creamy. If you can get fresh strawberries, use a couple to garnish the top of your desserts.
