Super Easy Jambalya

Ingredients

* 1 cup rice
* 1 lb diced sausage (We like the little smokies in this, but Cajun or smoked link sausage works well.)
* 1/2 stick margarine or butter
* 1 tbsp each celery, shallots, bell pepper
* 1 can beef broth
* 1/2 can water
* 1 dash Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish, cover tightly with foil and bake @ 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Uncover, stir and bake uncovered for 5 minutes. Very tasty!!
