1. In a large mixing bowl add red and green cabbage together.
2. Place carrots in bowl with cabbage and toss.
3. Blend in sunflower nuts until well blended.
4. Fold in chicken.
5. Pour dressing over salad and mix thoroughly.
6. Cover and refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes to chill.
7. Place chow mien noodles in the bottom of individual salad bowls.
8. Add salad mixture on top of noodles and serve.
