1. Spray the pressure cooker well with a cooking spray, add the meat and brown on both sides for 5 minutes.
2. Place the pineapple over the meat then add the yams, peas, and chicken broth.
3. Bring to high pressure and cook 10 minutes then allow the pressure to drop on its own to 0.
4. Drizzle the honey over the yams before serving.
