* 1 package (6 oz) original flavor long-grain and wild rice mix
* 1 1/4 cups water
* 1 boneless turkey breast
* 1/4 cup maple syrup
* 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
1. Combine raw rice, seasoning packet (from rice mix) and water in crock pot.
2. Put turkey on top (skin up).
3. Pour syrup on turkey.
4. Top with walnuts and cinnamon.
5. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours.
