Thai Ginger Lime Salmon Fillets |
Ingredients

*3 (5 oz.) salmon fillets
*2 tbsp fresh lime juice
*2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
*1/2 tsp Thai fish sauce

Directions
|
1. Heat the oven to 325 degrees and rip aluminum foil squares for each fillet.
2. Place the fillets skin side down on the foil and fold edges up into a loose open packet.
3. Whisk the lime juice, ginger, and fish sauce together and pour over each fillet.
4. Close the packets and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until cooked through.

Three ingredients and 15 minutes and you have a meal that any restaurant would be proud to serve - and charge you a lot for, too!
You can use this same recipe for grilled salmon. Just marinade the salmon for about 30 minutes in the sauce, then grill. You can save half the marinade or make a second batch to drizzle over the salmon once it comes off the grill if you like.
