Tiny Mice Cheese Nibbles

* 24 whole strawberries
* 48 almond slivers
* 12 pieces of red licorice strings cut in half

* 1 block of cheddar cheese cut into 24 triangles

1. Slice off a small portion of the bottom of the strawberry allowing it to sit flat.
2. Push 2 almond slivers in the top of each strawberry, near the narrow end, for the ears.
3. With a sharp pointed knife make a small hole in the back, the fat end, of each strawberry.
4. Push a half string of licorice in each hole for the tail.
5. Place the mice on the triangles of cheese to serve.

These cute little mice are so delicious! The strawberry mice are an excellent compliment to the cheddar cheese. This snack makes a fun treat served at a child's party. Bring a whole tray of these "mice" out and watch the reaction.
