Simply delicious! What a way to use up your leftover turkey. You're making a "meal in a muffin" basically with this recipe. However, I would add a bit of chopped up leftover broccoli, green beans, or whatever you have sitting in your refrigerator. Check out the video and you'll be adding this dish to your go-to recipes!
Add some leftover veggies and a little bit more poultry seasoning to the cut up turkey before you stuff the rolls for a more complete meal and a bit more of a flavor boost. Very tasty and they make an excellent brown bag lunch item. Easy to make and easy to eat. Enjoy!
