Vegetable Bonanza - Crock Pot

Ingredients

* 2 medium zucchini, chopped
* 1 red bell pepper, chopped
* 1 green bell pepper, chopped
* 3 carrots, chopped
* 3 celery ribs, chopped
* 2 medium onions, chopped
* 2 large tomatoes, chopped
* 1 can (15 1/4 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
* 1 can (15 1/4 oz) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
* 2 teaspoons chili powder
* 2 teaspoons ground cumin
* 1 can (15 oz) mild salsa
* 1/3 cup tomato paste

Directions

1. Put everything except tomato paste in crock pot. Mix very well.
2. Cover and cook on low 8 hours.
3. Add tomato paste, stir and serve.
