If your kids are picky about their vegetables, this is a very kid-friendly version of a vegetable and cheese sidedish. Because you're using velveeta cheese, it will be very smooth and have a flavor your kids will know and love. You can actually use any vegetables that your kids like, whether it's green beans and carrots, or anything else. I chose these two vegetables because kids usually warm up to them pretty early on. Experiment and see what they ask for again.
