Wintertime Tomato Juice Soup |
Ingredients

* 1 can (64 oz) tomato juice
* 1/2 C butter or margarine
* 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

1. Place the whole can of tomato juice into a large saucepan.
2. Stir the butter into the juice.
3. Place the pan over high heat.
4. When the butter begins to melt add the Worcestershire sauce.
5. Stir well to combine all the ingredients together.
6. Bring mixture to a quick boil.
7. When the mixture is boiling remove the pan from the heat.
8. Allow the soup to cool to room temperature.
9. Pour the soup into freezer containers.
10. Freeze the soup for up to 3 months.
11. When ready to serve remove from the freezer and run under warm water to help remove the soup.
12. Just cover the bottom of a large saucepan with water.
13. Add the soup to the pan and place it over medium heat.
14. Bring the soup to a boil.
15. Stir the soup occasionally and allow to heat through before serving.
