Just What the Dr. Ordered Smoothie
3 small carrots, chopped
1 large apple, cored, peeled and quartered
1 C apple juice
Put all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and as thick as you like. Drink up!
It’s All About the Fruit Smoothie
1/2 C bananas
1/2 C peaches
1/2 C strawberries
2 C skim milk
1/4 C orange juice
2 TBSP honey
Place the bananas, peaches and strawberries in the bottom of the blender. Pour in the milk and orange juice. Add the honey. Blend until the ingredients become very smooth and thick. Enjoy!
I’m So Blue Smoothie
2 C blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 C low-fat vanilla yogurt
3/4 C low-fat milk
Place the blueberries and yogurt into a blender. Pour the milk over the top. Blend until smooth. Yummy!
