* 1/2 cup of uncooked oatmeal
* 1 tbsp flax seed
* 1 cup of milk
* 3 bananas
* 4-5 ice cubes
1. Grind the oats and flax seed in the blender until it is a powder like substance.
2. Add the milk, ice, and bananas (cut or broken into pieces).
3. Blend until smooth.
