Beef Taco Rice-A-Roni |

Ingredients
|
* 1 box Beef Rice-A-Roni
* 1 lb ground beef
* 1 package taco seasoning mix
* 1 8oz bag of Kraft Mexican Style shredded cheese
* sour cream
|

Directions
|
1. Brown meat in a skillet and drain
2. Add taco seasoning, cook off and set aside in a bowl.
3. Prepare Rice-A-Roni as directed on the box.
4. When Rice-A-Roni is done, add the meat and warm through 5 min on medium heat.
5. Top with a dollop of sour cream and shredded cheese and enjoy!!

I am a new mom, my son is 11 weeks old. One night I was at a loss in my kitchen for something quick and easy. Thats when this idea came to me. We tried it and loved it! I told my mother and my best friend who has 3 kids to try it and they too loved it. I now encourage anyone and everyone to try it for yourself. I'm sure you will love it too.
