I bought a crock pot to make hot lunches for the guys at work. It came with a recipe for chili that was very good but took to long to prepare with all the ingredients. So, I came up with a quick and simple way to add all the onions, peppers and whatever with the jar of Salsa.
I brown the meat at home the night before and mix all the ingredients together when I get to work and turn it on. You can adjust it to how hot you like it by using Hot or Mild sausage and Hot, Medium or Mild Salsa. Another nice thing about this recipe is, it doesn't seem to bother sensitive stomachs at all!
