Bisquick Chicken Pot Pie |
Ingredients

* 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
* 1 package frozen vegetables, thawed and drained
* 1 cup cubed cooked chicken
* 1/2 cup milk
* 1 egg
* 1 cup bisquick baking mix

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Stir together soup, vegetables and chicken. Place in 9" pie plate.
3. In separate bowl, stir together milk, egg and baking mix. Pour over chicken and vegetables.
4. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.

With a box of Bisquick in the cupboard a person can cook up just about anything quick and easy. I get a kick out of seeing all the different recipes that are created using this all purpose baking mix. As a matter of fact, a gift basket filled with a pie plate, some Bisquick, and a pile of recipes would make a nice bridal shower gift.
