* 3 ripe avocados, peeled and cut into pieces
* 1 green onion, thinly sliced
* 1/2 Jalapeno pepper, minced
* 2 tbsp lemon juice
* 2 tsp sugar
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/8 tsp white pepper
* 2 C chicken broth, divided
* 1 C cream

1.Put the avocado, onions, Jalapeno, juice, sugar, salt and pepper in the blender.
2.Pour in 1 C of the chicken broth and blend until creamy.
3.Pour the mixture into a serving bowl and whisk in the remaining broth and cream.
4.Cover with plastic wrap and chill at least 2 hours.
