Round steak is such an economical meal. But it has to be cooked just right to be tender. The crock pot is the perfect way to cook round steak because it's slow and you can add a lot of ingredients to make it juicy and tasty. I have a lot of recipes that have vegetables included, but really like the simplicity of this one. And who doesn't like egg noodles? Yum!
