Easy Coconut Cream Cake |

Ingredients

* 1 box White Cake Mix
* 1 can Eagle Brand Mile
* 1 can Cream of Coconut
* 1 bag of Coconut flakes
* 1 large container of Cool Whip

Directions

1. Bake cake according to directions adding 1/2 bag of the coconut flakes.
Let cake cool completely.
2. With the handle of a wooden spoon, punch holes along the cake about 1/2 inch apart.
3. Mix the can of Cream of Coconut and the Eagle Brand Milk together and pour evenly over the top of the cake.
4. In the same bowl that your mixed the Cream of Coconut and Eagle Brand milk together, mix the entire container of cool whip and the remainder bag of coconut flakes.
Spread evenly over cake. refrigerate immediately.

When I was in high school I started collecting recipes. This was one that I collected and do not remember who gave me the recipe.
After I was married I made this cake for my husband to take to work one day. He is a police officer and all the officers and employees went crazy over the cake. All the officers request that I make this cake at any get together they have.
