Easy Veggie Hodge Podge Chicken - Crock Pot |
Ingredients

* 3 lbs. chicken thighs
* 1 pkg. frozen pearl onions
* 1 pkg. frozen carrots
* 1 pkg. frozen green beans
* 1 pkg. frozen peas
* 1 pkg. frozen corn
* 1 (11 oz) can cream of chicken soup
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

1. Place the chicken thighs in the crock pot.
2. In a large bowl, put all the frozen onions, carrots, green beans, peas, and corn in.
3. Stir in the chicken soup until blended in well with the veggies.
4. Put veggie/soup mix in crock pot over chicken.
5. Sprinkle the garlic powder, salt and pepper over the top.
5. Cook covered on low for 6 to 7 hours.

This is a Daddy-friendly recipe. Just keep your freezer stocked with frozen veggies and you can ask your hubby to take over the crock pot dinner planning on any day! All you have to do is bring home the chicken thighs from the grocery store, get out your recipe, and say sweetly, "Honey, can you throw this together in the morning for dinner tomorrow so I can sleep in?" Doesn't that sound nice! Just have the crock pot out, the can opener ready, and there you are! Isn't that simple? Good Daddy!
