1. Spray the grill grates with a non stick cooking spray and heat the grill to medium high heat.
2. Brush the mushrooms with the vinegar and sprinkle with the seasonings.
3. Grill 3 minutes turn and grill an additional 3 minutes.
4. Add a slice of cheese to each mushroom, put a foil tent over and grill 1 minute or until the cheese melts.
5. Serve on a bun with lettuce, tomato, or anything else you would put on a burger.
