Honey Tapioca Chicken for Two - Crock Pot |
Ingredients

* 2 lg. chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/4 tsp pepper
* 1 C honey
* 1 C brown mustard
* 1 tbsp uncooked tapioca

Directions

1. Season the chicken evenly with the salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Put the breasts in the crock pot.
3. Cook covered on HIGH for 4 hours.
4. After 4 hours remove the chicken from the crock pot.
5. Pour the mustard and honey into the empty crock pot.
6. Stir in the tapioca being sure to blend all the ingredients together well.
7. Put the chicken breasts back in the crock pot.
8. Set the crock pot temperature on LOW.
9. Cover and continue cooking 1 hour or until the sauce is thickend by the tapioca.
