1. Arrange lamb chops in a 9X 13" baking dish.
2. Mix garlic, oil, mint, rosemary, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.
3. This will create a sauce.
4. Cover both sides of lamb chops with sauce.
5. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
6. Preheat oven broiler and place lamb chops on broiler pan.
7. Cook until brown on the outside, approximately 3 minutes.
8. Turn and cook approximately 3 additional minutes.
