Story

Watercress is what makes this crab salad 'Ritzy.' If you don't think of buying watercress when you choose your salad greens, this is the recipe that should change your mind.
Along with being a fresh and fancy green, watercress is a significant source of Vitamin A and Vitamin C, and is loaded with a full days supply of Vitamin K in a one cup serving. What does Vitamin K do? Here's a short list:
*allow blood to clot normally
*helps protect your bones from fracture
*help prevent postmenopausal bone loss
*help prevent calcification of your arteries
*may provide protection against liver and prostate cancer
This salad is healthy, pretty, and delicious. For those reasons, this recipe needs to be a regular on your table, just like it is on mine.
