1. Put all the ingredients (except tenderloin) in a large resealable bag, seal and shake well.
2. Scoop out 1 cup of the marinade and reserve in refrigerator.
3. Put tenderloin in bag, seal, and marinade overnight.
4. When ready to make the next day, heat the oven to 425 degrees, place a rack into a shallow baking dish and place the marinated beef on the rack.
5. Pour the cup of reserved marinade over roast and bake in oven for 1 hour, basting often.
6. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
