Sesame Seed Coated Chili Chicken |
Ingredients

* 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
* 1 stick butter, melted
* 2 1/4 teaspoons chili powder
* 1 cup sesame seeds, toasted

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. Mix butter and chili powder in shallow bowl.
3. Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
4. Dip chicken in butter-chili mixture, coat with sesame seeds then place in baking dish.
5. Bake for 1/2 hour, turn over and bake another 1/2 hour.

You'll get a nice, spicy flavor from the chili powder and a crispy coating with the butter, in addition to the crunch of sesame seeds. This is an unusual combination, but it all works together very well. Be sure to use a baking pan with low sides so the chicken gets nice and crispy.
