Super Vegetable & Spaghetti Noodle Soup - Crock Pot |
Ingredients

* 16 oz can stewed tomatoes, chopped
* 2 medium onions, chopped
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 cup diced carrots
* 1 cup diced celery
* 1 large zucchini, sliced
* 2 cups shredded cabbage
* 16 oz can kidney beans, drained
* 6 oz can tomato paste
* 6 cups vegetable broth
* 1 tablespoon dried parsley
* 2 teaspoons salt
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
* 1 teaspoon dried basil
* 1/4 lb uncooked spaghetti noodles, broken into 2" pieces

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients, except noodles, in crock pot. Cook, covered, on low for 10 hours.
2. Stir in noodles, cover and cook on low for 1 hour more.
