* 1 1/2 lbs veal steak, 1/2" thick; cut meat into strips about 2" x 1/2"
* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 1 1/2 cups sliced celery
* 1 cup chopped onion
* 1 cup diced green bell pepper
* 3 tablespoons chopped pimiento
* 1/2 cup long grain rice, uncooked
* 1 can (10 1/2 oz) cream of mushroom soup
* 1 cup milk
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce
* 1 can (3 oz) chow mein noodles

1. Preheat oven to 350. Brown meat in hot oil in saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently to brown all sides.
2. Add the rest of ingredients, except chow mein noodles. Stir well.
3. Put in 2 quart casserole dish, cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours; stir occasionally. 5 minutes before taking out of oven, remove cover and top with noodles.
