* 4 lbs mixed chicken parts; breasts, legs, wings, thighs.
* 2 cups flour, seasoned with salt, pepper, and any dry herbs you like (oregano, thyme, etc.)
* 6 vidalia onions, sliced somewhat thick, in rings
* 3 cups chicken broth
* 1/2 cup butter, cut into little pieces

This is a simple seasoned chicken bake that will appeal to just about everyone you can imagine.
Because vidalia onions are wonderfully sweet, even young children will like this dish, although you may have to get them past the IDEA of eating onions by just calling them "vidalias" until they fall in love with them!
