1. Cut the bread into cubes and place them in a bowl.
2. Pour the olive oil over the bread, sprinkle in the garlic and toss well to coat.
3. Spread the bread evenly over a baking sheet.
4. Toast in a preheated 400 degree oven for 18 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
5. Remove and let cool on rack. Once cool, place in sealed container or ziplock bags. Will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks in a cool dark cupboard.
