* 1 C. shredded carrots
* 1 C. sliced cauliflower
* 1/2 C. chopped pecans
* 1 C. spinach or other greens
* Black pepper
Directions
1. Slice cauliflower in ¼ to 1 inch slices.
2. Tear greens into small pieces.
3. Toss all ingredients together.
4. Add pepper to taste. Chill and serve with your choice of dressing. (Serves 4)
