3 Ingredient Creamy Pesto Dip


* 1 cup sour cream
* 1/2 cup good basil pesto
* 3 Tablespoons real grated Parmesan cheese


1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Serve with hearty crackers or bread.


Have you ever had to bring a snack to work or a potluck dinner? Since I almost always have these three ingredients in the house, this was a natural. It turned out surprisingly good. I think part of the success was due to using a really good pesto AND letting it sit for a half hour. Then, I bought good crusty bread and crackers and it looked, and tasted, like a very fancy appetizer.
