Almond Curry Cheese Ball


* 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, room temperature
* 9 oz jar hot mango chutney
* 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
* 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
* 2/3 cup sliced blanched almonds

* your favorite crackers


1. Combine the cream cheese with chutney, curry powder and mustard. Stir to mix well.
2. Form into a ball, cover and refrigerate for an hour. Roll in almonds to completely cover and serve.


Mango, curry, and dry mustard? Oh, yes... those flavors really do all work together. This is one spicy sweet ball of cheese! Serve it with your favorite wine when entertaining and you will get rave reviews!
