Baked Creamy Broccoli


* 10 oz package frozen broccoli spears, thawed and drained
* 1 can cream of mushroom soup
* 1 cup sour cream
* 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
* 2 tablespoons butter, cut into 8 little pieces


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place thawed broccoli in baking dish.
3. In a separate bowl, mix soup with sour cream.
4. Pour sauce over broccoli, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Put dots of butter over all.
5. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until bubbly.


If you've got a dinner planned with quite a few young people, this is a good choice of side dishes. Most kids at some age learn to like broccoli, as long as it's covered in cheesy sauce. I think you won't hear any complaints when they dig into this dish!
