Banana Orange Yogurt Popsicles


* 2 1/2 C of plain yogurt
* 2 small bananas
* 2/3 C frozen orange juice concentrate


1. Place the yogurt into the blender.
2. Chop the bananas and add them to the blender.
3. Dump the frozen orange juice into the blender.
4. Cover and blend until very smooth.
5. Pour the mixture into Popsicle makers or ice cube trays.
6. Place in the freezer until completely frozen through.


Our family has been making popsicles out of fruit juice for many years, but this recipe takes that up to a whole new level of goodness. Adding banana and yogurt to an orange juice popsicle turns this snack into a very healthy treat. This could also be classified as a dessert, it's so yummy.
