Berry Up Cheese Cake |
Ingredients

* 1 graham cracker crumb crust
* 1 can sweetened condensed milk
* 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
* 1 tsp. vanilla
* ¼ C. lemon juice
* 1 can of any type berry pie filling
* Whipped topping for garnish

Directions

1. Place the soft cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.
2. Beat on low until light and fluffy.
3. Add the condensed milk and beat on low until mixed together well.
4. Add the vanilla and stir until incorporated.
5. Add the lemon juice and mix well until all the ingredients are mixed together.
6. Fold cream mixture into the pie crust.
7. Cover and place in the refrigerator until firm 3 to 4 hours.
8. Remove and spread the pie filling evenly on top.
9. Garnish with whip topping.

This is a kid-friendly dessert that also pleases the grown ups in the house. Not all kids like cheese cake and not all grown ups like berry pies, so this is a good mix for both!
