Cheddar Ham Breakfast in a Pot - Crock Pot


*6 eggs, well beaten
*1 C of cheddar cheese shredded
*1/2 C of cooked ham, diced
*1/2 C of milk
*1/2 tsp salt
*1/4 tsp pepper


1. Pour the beaten eggs into the slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle the cheese and ham evenly over the eggs.
3. Add the milk, salt and pepper and stir blending the ingredients together well.
4. Cover and cook on LOW 3 hours or until the eggs are set.


This is a nice dish to make if you're up early and want to get a jump start on a hearty breakfast for a house full of guests. Serve this dish alongside a heap of pan fried potatoes.
