Cinnamon Raisin Bread Loaf - Bread Machine |

Ingredients
|
*1 2/3 C of water
*3 tbsp vegetable oil
*1/3 C of nonfat dry milk
*1 1/2 tsp salt
*1/4 C of sugar
*4 C of bread flour
*1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
*2 tsp active yeast
*1 1/4 C of raisins

Directions

1. Place all the ingredients except the raisins into the bread machine pan.
2. Select the sweet cycle and when the machine signals to add ingredients sprinkle the raisins over the top.

It's really nice to use a bread machine for these 'dessert breads' because there is so little fuss! This also means so little clean up.
This bread also is the perfect treat for a late breakfast. You may even want to make a powdered sugar frosting to drizzle over the top, sort of like cinnamon rolls.
