Corn Salsa Tortilla Dip

Ingredients

* 8 oz jar salsa - your favorite
* 16 oz package frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
* 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/4 cup water

* 1/2 cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese

Directions

1. Mix first 4 ingredients in saucepan.
2. Cook on medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Add cheese, stirring until melted.
5. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.

Story

This is a simple, quick way to make a corn salsa dip like they serve in the restaurants. Just use your favorite salsa and you're half way there! You can use Pepper Jack instead of regular Monterrey Jack if you want a little more heat, or you can sprinkle in some red pepper flakes.
