1. Bring water to boil in medium saucepan. Add couscous and cover. Remove pan from heat and let stand about 5 minutes, until water is absorbed.
2. Stir together spaghetti sauce, beans and red pepper flakes in separate saucepan. Heat over medium heat 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
3. Fluff couscous; serve covered in sauce and sprinkled with parsley.
