Cream Cheese Spinach Bake |
Ingredients

* 2 packages (10 oz each) frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
* 6 oz cream cheese, room temperature
* 1/4 cup butter, melted
* 1 cup bread crumbs
* 1/4 cup butter

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Spray a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Mix the spinach with cream cheese and 1/4 cup melted butter in a bowl.
4. Pour into casserole dish.
5. Mix together in small sauce pan, breadcrumbs and butter, and over low heat, stir together until butter is melted and breadcrumbs are fully coated.
6. Top casserole with breadcrumb/butter mixture.
7. Bake uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes.
